Quotes & Pricing
Quotations provided are valid for the period stated at the time of issue and are subject to component availability and manufacturer pricing, which can change without notice. A quote does not constitute a binding order until confirmed in writing by both parties.
Orders & Lead Times
Lead times communicated are estimates based on supplier information available at the time and are not guaranteed. We will notify you as soon as we become aware of a material change to an expected delivery date.
Product Specifications
Specifications are provided based on manufacturer datasheets. It remains the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a specified component or piece of equipment is suitable for their intended application before use.
No Warranty Beyond Manufacturer Terms
Except where required by law, products are supplied subject to the original manufacturer's warranty terms. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Payment & Ownership
Payment terms are agreed on a per-order basis. Ownership of goods transfers upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
